The House
The road narrows, the trees close in, the gate opens on its own — and then the house. Eight bedrooms across two floors, four social spaces, and a wellness floor below. A lounge with a billiard table, a dance floor, a sound system wired through to the terrace, and sofas deep enough that nobody moves for hours.
It is a house built for a group that wants to be left alone. Families take it for the pool and the private shore; closed companies take it for the space and the discretion. Guests are adults, the grounds are fenced, and what happens inside stays between the people who are there.
Citadela Resort is arranged for adult guests and rented to a single party at a time. Pets are not permitted.
Why Citadela

Citadela Resort is never shared between parties. Gates close behind your cars, the grounds are fenced, and for the length of your stay the address belongs to your group alone — which is what makes it work equally for a family week and a closed celebration.

A heated indoor pool held at 29 °C all year, a Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin and a whirlpool — none of them booked by the hour, none of them shared with strangers. Towels, sheets and sauna linen are laid out and included.

Rozdrojovice sits on the quiet western shore of Brněnská přehrada, nine kilometres from the centre of Brno. Beaches, forest paths and the water are a short walk from the gate; the city is close enough for dinner and far enough not to be heard.
The Bedrooms
Bedrooms are not let individually — the villa is taken whole. Below is how the beds are arranged, so you can divide the house among your group before you arrive.

Wellness & Spa
The wellness floor is yours for the whole stay, without booking slots or shared hours. The pool is heated to 29 °C all year round; beside it are a Finnish sauna, an infrared cabin, a whirlpool and a shower. Towels, bathrobes and sauna sheets are provided.

Getting around
Electric scooters can be unlocked through an app for the length of your stay, and a chopper is available on request. Trace the shoreline before the day wakes, follow the gravel paths the maps forget, and come back whenever the light tells you to.

Table
The kitchen is fully equipped and the coffee is on us. Outside there is a fire pit with a 50 × 100 cm grill grate, skewers, and a rotating spit big enough for a whole hog or lamb. A chef can cook for you in the house, or a caterer can deliver.

Location
Za Humny 262 sits in a quiet corner of Rozdrojovice on the western shore of the Brno reservoir. The road is good and passable all year, and there is room for eight cars behind the gate.
Water, forest, and the city when you want it.
Walks straight from the gate, cycling along the reservoir, beaches for swimming and sunbathing, and a wellness resort nearby for treatments. Veveří Castle and the Podkomorské lesy nature park are within an afternoon's ride, and Brno is close enough for a concert or an exhibition.
